Is it possible to make soft ice-cream at home?
I mean the kind we used to buy from ice-cream vans as kids. The 99 Flake type of thing, not the more solid ice-cream you get in tubs or lollies.

Yep, there are small versions on amazon for around £60
Haven’t eaten a 99 in time, you’ve made me wanna go and find an ice cream van.

deeba, i have a machine at home that turns regular ice-cream from a carton into a soft ice-cream.
Got a bunch of boxes of flake 99s from a warehouse store in London last time I was there and now make my own 99s at home
