I am new to this forum, I getting married in couple of months IA.A little bit about me is, shy, hard worker, optimist, conservative, simple, easy going, down to earth & not at all gregarious.I am not good with words at all, never been in a relation or maybe nobody ever wanted to be with me, average looking & my biggest weakness is I feel very uncomfortable around females, does not matter if they are work colleagues, friend’s wife.I feel like living in a shell but recently, Thanks to my job I got to travel nation-wide and internationally which really helped me to get over female-phobia a bit.I am looking forward for some effective and good ideas, tips to improve my communication skills & my social life.
The key to improving your social and communication skill is to not think twice about what you are going to do and just do it
Like if we keep analysing a situation and how should we act in it, we end up getting more nervous and chances are we never get around to doing what we should be doing and stay silent and thus aloof and anti-social.
It’s best to take everybody as people similar to you. So just be yourself and try to be friendly and casual. Nobody is going to bite you out there
