I want to share a piece of poetry that i just discovered and was wondering if anyone know the name of the poet?
soch reha hoon, kab se betha
jaanay jeevan kaisay beetay
ek zamana beet gaya hai
zehr ghamon ka peetay peetay
un lamhon ko yaad rakhoon gaa
un baaton ko martay jeetay
un yaadon mein kho ker mein ne
apnay man ka chaain ganwaya
door rahi raato se nindiya
din aaya to dukh hi laaya
socha reha hoon, bus soch reha hoon
I spotted it in an episode of Tandoori Nights where it’s sung by a character (played by Tariq Yunus) but not sure if it actually him singing or lip-synching
