My cousin ordered her bridal dress from Sobia. It wasn't really my taste, but it was what my cousin wanted. Very well made and good fabric. But my cousin complained a lot about her experience with Sobia. She's very nice and sweet, but she never gets back to you or keeps you informed about your order. It's extremely frustrating, but that's a common complaint about all Pakistani vendors, from designers to decorators, so you just to have to deal with it.
I almost ordered my bridal from her too but I couldn't handle being ignored. So I ordered elsewhere, not a brand name, but I'm being ignored as if it were!
I have a few formals from Sobia, all very nice.
