My aunt bought a house- 1 kanal in Wapda Town (an average neighborhood in suburbs of lahore) 3 yrs back for 27 lacks. It is of average construction. She recently sold that for 70 lacks… more than 40 lacks in 3 years !!!

Property prices in Lahore and sorrounding areas are rising like hell.. Pakistanis abroad are also contributing to this escalating scenerio..
On average property prises have soared between 20-40 % in last 3 month.. what a huge rate of return for investment.. dunno how long it will continue but eople are buying as there wont be anything left tomorrow to buy.. and what a lucrative investment.
