God has given man free will. The concept of free will is explained in the Quran. The Garden of Eden analogy stands true to this very moment. God gave Adam and Eve free will. He wanted to test them to see if they would listen to their God of the whispers of the devil. With this free will comes responsibility and the judgement was severed to Adam and Eve right there. They were kicked out of the garden and on to earth. Same way their childern had free will. They could either chose to do good or chose evil. Which ever they chose their reward/punishment will be in the after life (Qayamat). Now the jews may kill women and children, God choose to not interfere is because he has given man Free Will. I can go kill someone right now but I would have to face the consequences of it later. This is the way our life is set to be. It is all an elaborate test.
Simply “waiting for Allah” is not good enough, these so-called muslims have to do something other than Dua only.

I doubt they’re doing that. They have advanced technological superiority they wouldn’t ask for God for victory they already know they’ve won. They now playing a game of chicken with the Palestinians.
You can’t blame Allah though for the actions of horrible people. Just like there’s good, there’s always unfortunately going to be those who are bad.
As a community - the first thing to do is act with unity which is lacking. And the power which has gone into the wrong hands needs to be revoked.
There’s too many political parties who are more likely terrorists than anything else. They need to be removed and people need to start taking active interests in what’s going on in their countries and around the world.
OP question is valid. Why is God never to be found when needed? What is the fault of 1 year old who gets blown to smithereens when a missile land? Does 1 year old has same free will option as someone who is grown up?

Ask those who have been praying for a child and they have a baby born today , they are thanking Allah for listening to their prayers.
Ask those who were praying for someone who was in comma for many years and that person came out of comma and now they are thanking Allah for listening to their prayers.
Ask that farmer who has been praying for rain and it rained today and now he is thanking Allah for listening to his prayers.
Even in Gaza there would be many who got out safe and sound from carpet bombing and they are praying God for saving their lives.

That is a legitimate question, there can be many answers. Believers have faith in will of God in addition to free will, this belief is enough to console a believer that it was God’s will and that child’s destiny.
If a child of a believer dies of any reason, it will be ground for a non believer to question the validity of the faith of faith based religions. If your God listens why he did not save that child? OK fine God did not save that kid but could you save that kid by any means possible ? Now since that kid is dead can you bring him back?
At least for believer there is a consolation in this belief but what is non believer’s plan for consolation in such a situation? Prosaic?
Why is God not listening to prayers? Any answer I give will not be sufficient enough for non-belivers. It is matter of faith , faithful believes that God does not listen to those prayers which are against his grand scheme. What is his grand scheme God knows. I just know that God has a grand scheme of things and believe in it. You are free not to believe in it.
