DO guppies feel the yearly itch and undue pressure to decide on “where to Summer?” Are you folks more like the hillstation types..spending summers in Dehradoon, Simla etc, more the Nantucket , Newport types throwing a few back with OG while yatching in the sound, or are you the beach types, lazyng about in South Hampton and attending white parties at P-diddy’s house with an occasional Sunday bloody mary jaunt to the Bridgehampton Polo Club.

^ Petra is amazing. If you go dont forget to visit the dead sea, wadi rum (this place is awsome), aqaba, irbid and soo many other great places there.

Outerbanks(OBX) NC. Nothing like it. 250 miles long 1/2 a mile wide all sand and water. Even though I have been evacuated from OBX 5 times due to cat 5 hurricanes, I still love that area.
For people that dont know OBX that is where Oliver and Wilbur flew and tested their airplanes. SO while Ohio can brag about first flight, they were only born in Ohio but, it is OBX where they actually flew their planes.

Bah. I spent my summers at the Montreux Jazz Festival. The Fete de la musique, Fete de geneve, fete de lausanne. The lake parade. The love parade in Zurich and Berlin. Now i am stuck in NYC. Truly pathetic.

CM. NYC is the hotbed, the birthplace and the incubator of Jazz. Montreux is like Macy’s 5th floor, full of old ladies and floral bed spreads.
