Same here. I’m usually in a rush in the morning. On the weekends I might do fruit, or toast with something…or skip it and just do lunch.

It’s paratha with more ghee and sugar. Ghee and sugar is in the layers. I love it.

I have eaten a boiled egg everyday for breakfast for last five years unless on a holiday. I got a very strict diet overall.
