  • Insha Allah… will get ready before Fajr.
  • Eat the date before leaving for Fajr prayer as per the Sunnah of the Prophet:saw2:
  • Will be in mosque by 6:30 AM insha Allah…
  • Will offer Faj’r in congregation at around 6:45 AM insha Allah
  • Will leave for the main mosque where the eid prayers is scheduled at around 8:30 AM; car pooling is in the plan since the mosque is in next town at university campus… will take about half an hour to reach there. Car permits are issued for university parking area.
  • Insha Allah, will be done by 9:00 AM…
  • Will come home, call up friends and family to say Eid Mubarak.
  • Will probably, most likely, visit couple of friends here provided they are off … do not know their plans yet… atleast one is off… and so am I insha Allah.
  • Have a community get-to-gether at between 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM arranged by the administration of local mosque…
  • This will end my eid celebration Alhamdu Lillah. Allah is oft merciful indeed.

Will pray fajr at home as our Masjid is too far from home.
Will go for Eid prayer which will end around 10 A.M
Will come back home and picup our share of the pot luck and go to Masjid . They hold Eid brunch , they make fresh porries at the masjid but people bring cholay , aloo key tarkari , qeema to eath the poori with as part of the pot luck.
In the evening some friends will get together at my home and we will have dinner and chit chat.
