So the three men who lost their lives protecting their girlfriends in Aurora

Re: So the three men who lost their lives protecting their girlfriends in Aurora

It's easy to sit here and type away about what we 'feel' and 'think' about what those brave men did. Why analyse the fact that it was their girlfriends or their wives or anything of the sort. The men did an amazing thing which will never be forgotten by the women, it's a life-changing act.

men did, what men do

Yes men might not express love (in clear terms) as much as women want them to, but they are there when it counts the most.

Theres not more natural reaction for a man.

You know in times of old few wars ever reached the village or towns, men would ride out and meet in "Battle-fields" rather than risk fighting in close proximity to home and hearth.

Likewise the aggressors respected this, at least in primitive cultures, few invaders made sneak attacks on vulnerable villages but patiently waited at often pre arranged places for battle. To the victor went the spoils.

Today its total war all the way and you dont care how many you kill or where so long as you win... though what you win if anything is the question.

In this case the men did what came to them in nature to protect that which they value most.

Those who consider them fools really havent lived a proper life and I pity them.

Sad how today people have to fit in with something or do things according to how "social" mores and norms dictate them... one should loose your mind and come to your senses.
