There are only few days when I sleep 6-7 hours otherwise I mostly sleep 8 hours a day.

I get about 6 hours of sleep every night and to combat any tiredness I do two things:
I drink strong coffee with espresso shots in it even though I dont like coffee.
I take a power nap during lunch in my office.

And wake up everybody else ?:D

I get four hour sleep thats it (or sometimes less than that)
i know its crazy, my only source of survival are coffee and energy drinks (yeah i know they kill u). i start my day b4 fajar and end it around 10 in the night and then some necessary stuff and go to bed around 2. and that 4 hour sleep is also effected by sleep paralysis then.
ah but m kinda used to of it now lol
And ya get paid for that
