My cake last birthday did have a shoe on it. It was an EPIC cake. Im pm you a picture. AND, it tasted lush too!
The baker actually made me a shoe box too so I could keep the shoe forever.
This xmas I did get a few shoe shaped chocolates, howeves, no one has ever bought me shoes. EVER :(
