Majority of women from Pakistan being typical Eastern women will clean themselves in this way only after they get married. Majority of unmarried ones will not as it is a social taboo for unmarried Pakistani women/girls to do such a thing.

you need something to hold on to when you are falling down once they take their Burqa off.
If you grab on to their arms at that time, the hair provide good friction and you can hold your self from falling.
