Well, still not going in details, I think the chances of men faking orgasm is far less than any woman 
But I dont agree that it is woman who will be loser, as women fake to play with guyz and they play very well and most often they end up being victorius…

When does this ‘eventually’ happen depends on how vigilant the man is and is able to put 2 and 2 together. This could happen during the first few intimate encounters or after marriage.
Shame on him if he is still not able to determine this before marriage…
If this happens before marriage then the man just plays along and keeps prolonging her expectations and let her hanging till he finds someone else.
If this happens or rather dawned on him after marriage, then he has very few choices. None are good and “kosher”. He may resort to side business with other women or be abusive with the woman. 
( On the other hand, and being off topic, women are not always angels, they are not naive these days either so they may have something up their sleeves also if they feel man is not sincere).
This new age of all the information and materialism has brought a different lifestyle and expectations.
Opportunities for everyone are widely available and there is more push these days for either be genuinely sincere or be able to make fool other person with genuine looking fake smile.

I think people in general fake it when they need to...I dont think men or women do it more than the other.
Like when people fake remembering birthdays and anniversaries...men fake their interest in women born into rich families...people fake their resumes to get a good job...fake blah blah and blah.
Besides, I dont think in this day and age you will find men or women who are so masoom that they can be made into obediant and farmabardaar little minions. People know whats what and the smarter ones have an upper hand sometimes.

I agree Gina, men do fake things sometimes but the key difference is, they only play to a certain extent and ultimately comes to an end. While women, when they do it, they have no boundaries.. they can carrie it on & on forever.. And here is the funny part, most men would never come to know the whole time, may be all their life..

And this same concept applies to men with multiple wives back home and in the same country their current wife knows nothing about. THe same goes for cheating husbands who dont get caught because their wife is too busy running their home and raising their kids. The same goes for men who lie about their credentials when trying to get married. The same applies to men who ruin another's life by using her for a piece of paper and leaving her when he is done. The same applies for a man who showered his fiance with flowers before marriage and now simply looks her way every now and then as she slaves after his parents.

I beg to differ, men would play with one... either run away from a commitment (marriage) if things get boring, play with another on the side. If sparks happen, marry her.. this can happen 2 more times, to make it an even 4. Strange enough, none of his wives would know about the 'others'.. in comparision i'd take a fake smile/orgasm any day. Funny part, most women would never know, maybe all their lives sigh.

But faking is good for both in general.
Should they rather be blunt and tell it like it is?
I can think of some examples.....like:
