I am really curious as to how most of the women on Gs seems to have the "perfect" life style in terms of eating and taking care of themselves. I know so many of the guppans say that they regularly exercise or go to gym (which is awesome) but in reality i have yet to seen such desi ladies. I m really curious!

but its not "diet" its EATING HEALTHIER....

Eating healthy and excercise.
(eating healthy part MUST include asking other family members not to bring junk food in the house- my last 2 lbs gained were due to that :o )

This is THE biggest porblem at my place. Pizza's, popeyes, desi unhealthy foods just don't Stop and it ticks me off because i am no that strong yet to say no to these yumilicious food

Jaanu, i could swim across the Atlantic to get to Canada and still have the time to beat you in an arm wrestle, in the time it would take for you to climb rope :barbie:…minimal body fat… it’s mainly muscle… i’m built like a machine :wink:

I can beat dude in arm wrestling when the use 2 hand against me. You are just a girl.

100 % honesty here: i dont work out OR watch my diet. and I know it's not good.

Do you foresee your self doing any physical activity ?

Well the thing is when you train some one you start where they are. And you bring them to where you want them to be.
Making some one feel good about there current shape is very important to get 110% out of them. Little thing I picked up from boxing :)
