Take out the shower head and attach this one, then put the original showerhead at the end for the water to come out (Im sorry if im specific but its got easy directions on installation). Replace the filter part of it every 6 months.

Im using one from l'oreal, the sulfate free reconstructing shampoo i think is the name. I altenate it with the build-up removal shampoo from justnaturalskincare.com
