why stop at ISI alone? Bharatis should go ahead even further and say that Kayani, Pasha and Zardari are personally protecting all these above characters, plus Modi.

US may have hinted but they never shared any intelligence with Pakistan. There was no way for Pak to confirm the authenticity. It was not known to Pak whether this assertion was just someone's guess or based on hard intelligence.
Now we know that it was based on intelligence gathered from a Gitmo detainee. This intelligence pointed to a courier in Pakistan, which ultimately led to Osama.
But Pakistan never was told any of this intelligence. So there was no way for Pak to know where Osama may be.
I don't think Osama's presence in Pak shows incompetence of Pak intelligence services.

May be they hinted to see whether Osama is removed from that place by ISI/military or not, but he was never “removed” from that location, could that mean that ISI really didn’t know where he was?

Pakistan ISI admitted to be incompetent in this case, but while people are speculating some in ISI might be involved, you went all the way to claim that not only ISI was involved but also that "whole world knows it".
That is only expected from a Bharati Pak hater.
