- ask him for bun kebab
- watch him as he skillfully breaks open an egg
- fries in the freshest ghee (can’t guarantee if it’s pure)
- then skillfully fries a kebab
- at the same time heating the bun
- then smooshes that kebab on the bun
- then lays the yellow fried anda on the bun

i used to take off the top piece
then used that as a spoon to eat the cream from the bottom piece
