Can't explain the above but I think it's something to do with players being required to play games over a certain period of time for them to stay on the ranking list. Since Yousuf has not played any test cricket for 16 odd months, his name is therefore deleted from the rankings....something like that. Maybe 12th Feb was exactly 12 months when Yousuf played his last test match....I am just having a wild guess...
