alright here is my confusion. Before the latest ICC Test rankings where Younis Khan became the number 1 test batsman, Mohammad Yousuf was listed as number 2 on the ICC ranking. I guess that ranking came out in late december 2008.
Since then alot has happened with regards to ICL, BCCI and ICC such as Pakistani players threatening to sue the board, Sindh high court lifting their bans on domestic cricket, ICC meeting in Perth where ICL issue was discussed and finally a failed meeting in South Africa.
In between all that Mohammad Yousuf being a number 2 ranked Test player has been pretty vocal about his case. But now all of a sudden Yousuf is totally gone from the ICC top 100 batsmen ranking 
Now how is that possible?

change today’s date and select Feb 12th 2009 and you will see Yousuf listed as number 2. But from Feb 13th onwards he is gone.
Has BCCI used their influence on the ICC test ranking system?
