i know i shud be more regular and it wud all be different if it wasnt her dad;s company...but the thing thats bugging me is that she herself comes late to office...has taken more leaves then me..and set her aside everyone in office comes at random timings..there are ppl who come at 11 everyday..n there are ppl who have nothing to do all day...i have been doing my work on time n my team lead is happy with my work..then y out of all the ppl are they targetting me for disobeying the rules
Lost Angel, dont feel sorry for yourself and do not compare yourself to her. She is the boss' daughter first and your friend 2nd. Ask yourself do you value this job...do you need and want it? Will you be ok if you leave? Will you be able to get another job? Once you are clear in your mind then take actions accordingly.
