and before you laugh i’m a decent cook but i need my GS bhais and behens help in understanding the fav pakistani desserts that would totally make my friends feel like they’re back in Pak…you know totally loving it.

I don't think it's often that people have kulfi. I think the other deserts (various mithais, puddings. halwas, meethay chawal) are more commonly eaten. And if you're gonna do appetizers......gotta have gol guppay. It's one of my fave foods....it's sweet and salty and crunchy.....so many textures, it's like a party in your mouth.

have you ever tried **RASAAVAL**** ... rice made with sugarcane juice [instead of guR] and coconut and cheeronjii :) i LOVE it! :)**

P.S. Rasawal is a traditional Uttar Pradesh dish so not sure many people would have tried it!

yeah, but a lot of GS users are from Karachi whose ancestors hailed from Uttar Pradesh in India :)

nikki kithon aa gai??......... i didn't use to eat gajrela when i was kid.......but after tasting it....i got over the that ugly look..

PS....nothing beats Karhee .......;)
