Ok, So now Imran Khan is giving up his seats in peshawer and mianwali and keeps the one from pindi. But what now? Can he give those seats to some othe party members or what?

yes, they can go to another party. This is why the candidates should only be allowed on one seat like in the US.

Imran won from Pindi, Peshawar and Mianwali (his stronghold)
Quite rightly he is keeping his Pindi NA-56 seat (which is one of the most difficult and keenly contested constituencies). There will be a by-election for the other two seats and hopefully PTI will win both those seats again
