all over my rice ..... and If I am at home or visiting some close relative... I eat it with hand else knife and fork...

Always on the side. Unless it’s a runny saalan; in that case it can go on top.

I can only eat rice with a FORK.

same here. I usually put it on the side for must curries and sometimes I will put it on the top. Daal I normally put on top. Usually it when i am eating 2-3 diff curries, then I would put on the side and eat what i want :)

Especially if you have dehi and chutney and curry and salad, it just gets way too messy. I like having a different taste each time:
rice and curry #1, rice & dehi, rice & chutney, rice with curry & chutney, rice with dehi & chutney, plain rice....etc.......just salad, just salad and raita.....

If I have just spoon, I premix all my rice with curry and then start eating. If I also have a fork in my left hand then I mix one bite at a time.

I always pour it all on top and mix everything all together and then eat [with a fork]. My husband finds it soo strange, he always keeps everything on the side and takes a bit with each bite

I love love love rice!! Runny salans/daals go on top and the gravies on the side...

I like gravy/daal. etc on side...at times my mom would pour it on top but it irritates me...lol
I don't like runny salan with rice, I prefer them with naan or roti.

Daals and salans etc go on top but i don't mix them all together, yogurt/chutneys and raita always on the side.

Everything (salan, chutni, salad) on the top of rice and mixed well so that they are perfectly blended…yummmmyyyy :yummy: i do it specially if i have daal or baingun aaloo with rice :wub:

i cant eat rice with spoon....only fork or with hand.
sometimes i mix the salan and rice...and sometimes i like it separate..

Pour the rice then pour the salan on the top, salad and raita on the side and mix it while I eat it with a spoon. YUM

anhaan. Thats the better way I guess and that make me conclude that I have been wrong whole my life eating rice through nose :snooty:
