Women have kids, some lose the weight and some dont. Men go bald and develop the famous potbelly…some stay fit and some dont. Aise mein, you want someone who will look at you with the same eyes they did when you looked your best, right?

Support her, motivate her, help her do it and show her you care for her. When you do grocery shopping, make an effort to not bring things home that are fattening. Its really hard to lose weight for one partner if the other isnt involved. Take her to the gym with you, force her to take walks with you, get involved in couple sports, activities, go out more, etc. Subtly change your lifestyle.

the only thing i would add is that the only thing that would be possibly considered haram that you ll need to find a relative ie. a mehram to carry out the piercing on the belly, you cant have a non mehram now can we :p
