I was so homesick during undergrad, I came running back home any chance I got even though it was far, far away. I hated that I went to uni in such a far away state =(
Not that Im extremely close to my rents but I feel a sense of security when I'm home. It's not like I have to be with them or talking to them all the time.. it's just their presence around. Even when they are away on vacation or something, the house feels so empty and weird, I impatiently wait for them to get back. I'm not sure what I will do when I move away in a few months :'(
