Re: so fed up
lol....u wanna be thinner....whereas i wanna be a lil fat...
gimme some of ur fat to me.... so that we both can be happy..
Re: so fed up
hiccup, you should try weight training, nothing too heavy but it really keeps your metabolism up cause muscle burns more calories just existing than fat. It's the reason i can not do cardio for a month and still not blow up like a balloon. . .
Re: so fed up
maybe its also cuz ure diet is rich in fruits... they have a whole lotta sugar in em too u know... try to eat a balanced diet.. i was drinkin fresh fruit juices and eating fruits with minimal anythin else (though i was not starving myself).. and i lost not a single pound even with workin out like a mad dog everyday for an hour and half...
started eating like a normal person (altho with less rice and pasta).. and weight dropped within 6 months... no exercise or maybe i woulda lost weight faster :D
Re: so fed up
hiccppie, it is not pockets of fat it is pockets of skin and muscles that have lost their elasticity due to years and years of being stretched. No amount of dieting can help you. A nip and tuck job is the only solution.
Re: so fed up
Note: The above observation is made on reading material provided on this site, no physical examination has 'yet' been carried out to determine the actual cause of pockets.
Re: so fed up
Ashtray, so you are saying that even if i DO loose this last ickle bit - then the untonedness will remain so and will never go away??? WTH!!
completely distraught
Re: so fed up
double post
Re: so fed up
hiccuppie all i am saying is that i cant say anything until a physical examination :D ahem
Re: so fed up
nahin serious banno for a sec, seriously seriously seriously?? :(
Re: so fed up
seriously yes, but that is if you had been grossly fa...err...filled for years and years. Then again it depends on your age as well. Stretched skin before 15 can regain all its elasticity back, if you are over 20, it may take 5-10 years, over 30 only a nip and tuck can save you.
Re: so fed up

good food and some excercise is what your body need to work
dont starve it or abuse it
Re: so fed up
Ashtray’s right… it happens a lot with gastric bypass patients, they lose weight so quickly that their skin can’t keep up, so they lose weight n are slimmer but have tons of loose skin that can only be fixed by surgery.. That’s the case with overly obese ppl tho, like 300 lbs + I think.. im not sure if that’s the same case with younger, not-obese grlz..
N what pix r everyone talkin abt? ![]()
