He is telling the truth , but he hired a hit man to do the job. As D6C said above all the circumstantial evidence is going against him. Why did he change his statement about who the attackers were three times ?

I must admit that my wife is overly fascinated with this incident. Only yesterday she was showing me her gold collection and asking me not to kill her for that

Gaia I tried to look for it but I think the page is private now , I searched many variations of it...but there is another, Nazish Noorani-Kashif Parvaiz INnocent or guilty...and there are other pages that are asking for her family to have custody of the kids...

Whether he was the one who pulled the actual trigger or not doesn't matter. He was involved in scheming the whole thing. They traced texts that were exchanged between him and his girlfriend. He was just a very dumb murderer who thought he could get away with the most obvious of plots.
Niksik, the lawyer is saying that because that's what he gets paid to do as a defense lawyer.

The more I hear about these things the more I get turned off by the idea of marriage, if you can't even trust your own spouse whom else you can :(
