I don’t either.. A little ridiculous if people are complaining about needing to earn 18k.. it’s quite a bit below average income in the UK..

They should get off their backsides and work instead of moaning about ‘how dificult’ it is because really it isn’t hard for anyone who chooses not to sponge off others..

I am sorry but I do not agree with this at all. £18k in the UK is above average. Not everybody can get those wages and many like myself are having to work 2 jobs in order to bring our spouses over. I have also heard of the fake payslip dilemma but I wouldn’t do that. I want to bring my spouse over legitimately and I am prepared to work for it and meet the requirements before I actually apply.

I think the issue that people have with delayed visas is actually the fact that they don’t meet the requirements or they make mistakes in the documents or they don’t submit all the documents which delays the process. It is better to get all the documents in order and apply once you actually meet the requirement.
