I dont know how many of them have been to Hajj/Umrah and all, and well anyway, why do I have to be so sneaky. But the story above did melt my heart a little. And I found it cute.
^ why? if they appreciate it, I think its their choice, whats with shoulds and shouldnot here? I think its still better than our people (or any people) sharing prejudiced/hateful/controversial/obscene stuff/pictures anyway.
^ I think people dont show it off much too. Which is commendable. Hajj, more than anything, can work in wonder ways on people, and does. So in response to what KKKF said, maybe he would stop working in movies, maybe he wont. I dont see any reason that he should though. Acting is his profession. Hajj, or any spiritual journey or pilgrimage (even these both are two different things, since millions do Hajj every year, and for most its just a pilgrimage than a spiritual journey anyway) is a religious obligation. No one leaves for Hajj mainly with the thought that they would change their profession and life. And above all, I think it should influence one's inner self more than their profession or even practices.
Generally if the profession is considered to be respectable from religious point of view then surely there is no need but regarding working in movies, that kind of not fit to islamic teachings especially if it all involves doing romantic and other forbidden things with other co-stars. He can avoid such roles and moves and can work on other type of movies made on history or on some other subjects not involving him doing anything that is out of halal zone.
