you know, i love my roommate and everything, but the girl snores like a man. I wake up at least 4 times a night, trying to get her to wake up and stop snoring :frowning: It annoys her that i wake her up, but i cant sleep either. What should i doooo? wear earplugs?

get her to buy those spray things from a chemist that help in preventing snoring.

Give her some nose strips, they work extremely well. Helps with the breathing and gets rid of snoring.

I dont know abt them sprays or nose strips but the ear plugs do work. THey take a night or two to get used to but they really do work.

i havent slept in so long. I dont even remember what it feels like

well the nasal strips are called breathe Right. You can find um at any pharmacy.

I dont snore, but my family is loud and they want to talk right outside my rooom and chit chat at about 11pm on a sunday night :mad: This is when the plugs come in handy. :snooty:

I so agree with, it really annoys me and there's no way i can go o sleep with so much bloody noise...here's a tip that will definately work...push her off her bed so she falls on the floor...not only will it wake her up, it'll allow u a chance to go to sleep in the meantime!!!

There is no way i could share a bed with a man who snores...do u think i should test them before i agree o any rishtay? :D

^ don't leave it inside her mouth; just hold on to it while she snores, eventually the tingly feeling of the pencil will cause her to close her mouth and she'll bite on the pencil. It'll provide humour for you and a mental reminder for her not to snore.

Confucius said, that all events are opportunities to learn from...Think of this as a learning opportunity...

Train your mind to shut out the noise of the snores and as a result, you will grow stronger and wiser and be able to shut out those other things which bother you...

After you have mastered the art of ignoring the snoring you can move on to bigger ignoring...I would suggest sleeping in subway stations as a method to shut out the noise of subways...

You will grow so wise, nothing will bother you in life again...
