I’m big on eating and I like to eat a lot. More or less, I feel like eating sometihng almost all the time. After every 15-20 minutes I would want something to munch on or to drink.
Recently, I have been somewhat uncatious and that resulted in putting on 4-6 lbs that I’m having a very hard time to shed.
What are some recommended snacks that can be taken often, but don’t necessarily contribute towards gaining weight?
it doens't matter what you eat, if you don't burn the amt of calories youtake in you will gain weight or not lose. U gotta do some exercise wiht it...as for foods, vegetables and fruits r always safe, almonds r good too i think, n low/no fat yogurt is a good idea as well
There aren't really any snacks that won't make you gain weight. If you're consuming more calories than you burn off then inevitably it will lead to weight gain.
If you're feeling hungry so quickly after eting then you probably aren't eating the right kind of food to keep you feeling full ie foods with a low Glycemic Index.
Anyway some snacks that have relatively less calories when compared to other foods include:
air popped popcorn
celery/carrot/cucumber sticks
oatcakes with hummous
grapes that have been slightly frozen......they taste like sweets
sugar free jelly, add some fruit and make it with fizzy water for variety
