Khawateen You are not going to lose the weight by working out when you are following the same routine…you need to push your body harder week after week. Once your body gets used to a specific workout then it won’t have any effect in reducing your weight. It is hard to believe someone not losing the weight by working out.

PP If you tired of eating of the same stuff then why eat the same food for lunch and dinner?
Please get rid of all of fat free food you bought. Just remember you won’t be losing weigh unless you do it for yourself and are fully determined.
As for good snack ideas, I would try carrots, celery, a bowl of cereal, raisins, a handful of dry fruits, oranges and other fruits.

Things to avoid:

white carbs
fried foods
any drinks besides water (yes even your fat free soda)
creamy stuff such as dressings, sour cream, mayonnaise, etc etc
processed sugar (have something sugar free)
other processed food such as chips, cookies…etc

when u say water therapy are u only talking about
the morning water or water throughout the whole day?

Sidra: that’s what its called… u can rename it if u want … atleast this way you dont deprive ureself of food :rolleyes:
if it works.. and its healthy then i dont see why it shouldnt be tried..its not a fad diet.. they dotn tell u to stop eating certain items… sugar free stuff? fat free stuff.. low fat.. give me a break … what’s the point of eating such tasteless food then?! deprive ureself of certian food items.. and u’ll just want it more…

and yes… i know all that bout working ure body harder as the weeks go by… still didnt lose weight… and its not baffling ..atleast my doctor didnt find it so ..

SAJAL: the main idea is to have those 4 glasses in teh morning… to flush ure system out… then thruout the day have ure 8 glasses.. actually.. once ure done with teh 4 glasses.. u’ll see taht u can easily get in more water by the end of the day then the usual 8…
wait.. i hope u dont think u’re only allowed water thru out teh day.. have ure bfast, lunch and dinner too! and no eating after 8!

salaam khawateen im getting a little confused here, so you have 4 glasses of water in the morning without eating breakfast, then wait for 40 minutes, then eat breakfast? then whats the plan for the rest of the day? just drink as much water as possible?

do u think its possible to lose about 5kg in 6 weeks through this? i realli need to !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
