Dear folks!
time & again nin different verbal discussions people ask me “is smuggling forbidden in islam,if so in which ayah or hedith is this mentioned”?
So far,I haven’t found a solid answer.So I put this topic in front of you all with thanks.

Smuggeling is treated as dishonesty in business under islamic rules for business. There is nothing about smuggled items or trafficing of smuggled items etc etc.
Check the rules for making profits by cheatings under islamic law of business.

I think kay agar aap thori dare kay liya religion ko nikal kar bhi soochain tu mera khayal hai kay humanitarian basis per bhi smuugling is an illegal and odd practicce.. so no need of relgious explaination of it...
