As for your last question, NO!. Not only because it’s not allowed in Islam but honestly more so because i believe it complicates your future relationship. In the engagement period, most couples are in that rose tinted state of mind where they may promise or say things which they may not be able to live up to after that period finishes off. So i wouldnt want that to happen with me. One should never say never because you don’t know what circumstances you end up with and its not your choice alone as what if your fiance wants to be in touch? you may not have the strength to resist it and what not. But so far, i think i wouldnt want a very close relationship before marriage.

True. But if you wanna do it on the first night this has to be done.
