I started having green smoothie around 2 months back. The problem is, If I miss it for a day, I feel like eating all day regardless of how full I am, and if I miss it for 2 days, I feel restless and sick. Why does this happen? Does it happen with any of you ? Whats the solution ?
My normal diet before the smoothie was 2 small meals. I had junk once in a while. I took multivitamins frequently .
PS: my green smoothie is usually oranges and spinach(mint, parsley and corriander are added when available).
Nopes haven't experienced anything like that but I didn't really notice it on my off days either. Try putting in more fiber like an apple, cucumbers or celery because that will keep u fuller longer.

I feel full when I drink it, so thats not a problem. The problem is on the off days only.
