Ibn Mas’ood narrated that the Prophet (saw) said “Indeed the souls of the shuhadaa’ are in the hearts of green birds, and they have lanterns hanging underneath the 'arsh (throne of Allaah) of ar-Rahmaan. They roam around in Paradise wherever they wish, then they return to their lanterns.” (Muslim, at-Tirmidhi)

The post was about those who sacrifice their life only for God, there was no mention of any political struggle what so ever. You don't see any flags around the image or no other remote indication of such sort.
For the matter the above 'Shaheed' could be from Gujra'at who was murdered for only and only his belief.
So why take out of your anger & frustration where its not even justified to do so. Any innocent who is percecuted & killed for his religion or belief in my opinion is a shaheed
I would suggust that you stop your ranting and raving and contribute constructively to these forums or go find one that cater to your emotional needs.

Sweetie, can you please quote those verses from the Qur'an ?
Now, once again I have to waste time and dig into quran to make sure how a self styled prophet provokes his people to slay here and slay there, and the promises and benefits in heaven he makes to his jihadis on behalf of Allah, my Muslim friends will immediately jump in telling that so and so belong to so and so context or at the most they will accuse me of ignorance.

ppl...now do u know who is a shaheed? NO because no body knows, the knowledge that a person is a shaheeed lies only with Allah....
A person is a shaheed if :
1.. he dies fighting in the way of Allah
2.. he dies while drowning
3.. he dies due to abdominal pain
4.. he dies in a accident
5.. he dies during Salat/haj etc
and the list goes on.
But a person to be shaheed under these circumstances is that he died while having full belief in the unity of Allah. Otherwise he can't be called a shaheeed....so we cannot label anybody as shaheed because only Allah knows what goes in the heart of men.
And my dear fellow hindus...plz don't expose urself...u pray for the shaheed in ur songs...plz tell me how did the concept arrive in ur myths? U ar constantly degrading Quran and our Prophet...i read ur mahabharat and i found nothing but nice stories for kids...i won't say anything bad against them because they had message with them....but i just can't swallow the idea of 5 men having a single wife..
