I met some really fit girl at a party last week who i found out lives two doors away in halls from a girl i dated for a week at the beginning of the year…
Well heres where my question arises…i was concerned already that they may know each other cos they are first years in the same halls at the same uni…so i checked her facebook and she knew the girl…new girl asked me to add her on facebook so i thought i might aswell tell her i dated a girl at her uni…i asked if she knew her and she goes yeah i do she lives two doors away…now how much bad luck is that…i asked if it was awkward for her and she goes it is and it isnt…
Now just to girls on the forum would you feel awkward if some boy dated a girl you knew before you and why?..to point out another thing the new girl is really nice and an improvement on the other girl physically anyway…also is a yorkshire lass…i love the accent lol…would the fact that a boy dated a girl worse looking that you change your view of them?..and finally if it was a girl you didnt like would that stop you from seeing the guy…
By the way its not a vital thing for me…its just an amusing situation to find myself in…
Ihad a similar situation myself and i can be honest and say i was a right d***…this really pretty girl got dumped by a boy i firstly did not rate…he looked appaling and he was actually just a sly guy who i disliked…for me it wasnt about dating his leftovers…i couldnt understand what she saw…so yeah it would be awkward for me…how about you ladies?..

yeah.. i dont think its a big deal. like so wat if she lives down the hall. i mean i see people all the time that stop dating and then hook up with their friends

i dont see any reason for awkwardness. And from your story it doesn't seem like they were "good" friends anyhow, just live close to each other. Also not like you dated seriously, it was just a week...so whatever.

wouldn't matter if they don't know each other well. if they are good friends and all then you have a reason to get weird but other than that it should be okay. i am sure even along the line, she will come across many other guys who this other friend has known/dated.

You could have found someone else to avoid any unpleasant situation if ever occurs. Though i seriously doubt that. That girl might also be having a trail of exs. If so, she can understand your situation and get along well.

Ok i get the impression that it shouldnt matter at all...but just curious wouldnt it bother any of you if a guy /girl had been with someone you had a low opinion of?...less a principle question and more of an ego question...if some girl dated a guy i thought was an idiot id think twice before dating her and have done when confronted with the situation...
