I have made nihari in a slow cooker, don’t know how authentic that method is. Just followed the recipe from a shan masala packet and let it cook away for 8+ hours while I was at work. Added some flour to it when I got home to thicken it.

^ does it taste as good as “authentic” nihari or restaurant style nihari? do you add bones to is as well or just shank meat?
