Its all very well to be slim during and after pregnancy.....but you have to consider that you are responsible for the baby's health during pregnancy. Usually, exercise is not advised during the first three months of pregnancy to avoid miscarriage and to allow the fetus to develop. The thing to bear in mind about losing weight after pregnancy is that it takes nine months to gain the weight and you should be easy on yourself and allow at least a year for getting back into shape. I have seen many women lose weight instantly after giving birth and they put it back on again within a few months.
It would be sensible to do it gradually and allow your body to recover naturally without being underweight/overweight.
