nighty, trouser T-shirt, or simple loose shalwar kamiz.

specail wanna knw whether u wear bra or no? I hv heard u should sleep with it as due to wear it looses the skin. but under nighty it dont wear?

Sleep jammies and tshirt.

and no I dont wear bra to bed.
