nighty, trouser T-shirt, or simple loose shalwar kamiz.
specail wanna knw whether u wear bra or no? I hv heard u should sleep with it as due to wear it looses the skin. but under nighty it dont wear?

Well some wear a bra whilst sleeping others find it uncomfortable. Usually a bra isn't worn whilst wearing a night dress. If you’re wearing night bottoms and tops it’s up to your personal preference.

i've also heard that wearing bra to sleep will help prevent sagging
don't wear one with an underwire though- tht would be really uncomfortable
i wear cotton sport ones for sleep
