I cannot sleep! Either I had too much coffee (one cup) like 15 hours ago, or I am hungry!

I am good thanks, how are you? You are up late as well. I am going to be tired in the morning as well. I think I should should have eaten a proper meal, or maybe its the caffeine in my system.

Lol.. yeah.. I ate a proper meal.. I dunno how people can drink coffee; it’s so… strong
I just be like half dead during the day,… and then as soon as it hits 11pm I’m wide awake. Its kinda annoying

I am getting to go sleep later and later as I am getting up later and later. I just had one cup of coffee in the morning to wake me up. Coffee really disrupts my system so I try to avoid it.
Plans for tomorrow? not much...just do some bits and pieces and get into some routine...training routine to begin with.
