Musharraf took oath on constitution to serve the country and government working for the good of country, not obey or let go corrupts and crooks who got into government and were destroying the country with their lies, loot, nepotism, corruption, mismanagement and mal-practices. It is not high treason rather serving the country when a general saves the country from such crooks and traitor like Nawaz Shareef who sold Kargil for few sugar mills from India.

and 9 years later forgave all the crimes of those criminals, didn’t prosecute criminals and made deals with those criminals to continue to stay in power
