I sleep on my back or side & barely move. I’m lazy even in my sleep 
I sleep on the right side with one hand under by head and knees bent. But I do keep switching sides whole night too. Blessing in disguise may be otherwise my hand under the head will defo go numb

The only posture I hate sleeping in & never do is on stomach. I have slept in almost all the other postures mentioned in the link depending on how I feel comfortable at any given time.
