I would go for lawn and personally couldn’t sleep or be comfortable in churidars. Do you normally wear long sleeves around the house and in sleepwear? If so then get them long sleeves.
Normally, the nice lawn outfits become the house clothes. So whatever colors you normally wear go for that. You would want to make sure the fabric is not see-through…don’t have to worry about layering etc.

When i go visit my in-laws…i wear regular shalwar kameez (whatever is in fashion,) but once in my room…i change into my night pajamas set to sleep in.

go for cotton, lawn or linen… I personally prefer Gul Ahmed to other designers, but since u want it for home use, Alkaram and designs of Shariq textiles would do as well
