how to control over sleeping ???

What exactly is it that you are trying to control? How long you sleep? What time you sleep? Position while sleeping?

Sleep before 11:30pm and try to keep an alarm of 7:30am. When your eyes open in the morning don't go to sleep, quickly wash your face brush your teeths and eat something. If you do that for a week or two your body will naturally adopt to a sleeping and waking up timing.

Plan man i do that every nite n in the morning i'm sleeping again, infact i'm always sleeping wen i'm free, i can sleep straight to 22 hrs n the worst fact is i love doin it

Even when you wake up, wash you face and have a breakfast, you are still sleepy?

What are your other daily activities like? Do you get any exercise at all? Eating habits? These all make a difference on how you sleep.

well my activicties are good -- i'm into sports n like to travel , hike , read n write

but the dilemna arises wen hols start , dats wen i'm free n wen i'm sleeping :(

Oh my, set your alarm and put it on the otherside of the room so that you will be forced to get out of bed in the morning. Just don't go back to bed. Will power Aasha. If you stay in the house, the chances are you will just laze around and sleep. Make plans and head out. Keep your window open so that your room isn't too stuffy, which will only make you more drowzy.

In free time its fine when you sleep, its good for heath just look at this way you work and keep you mind body busy with traviling, sports, hiking and read writing. Free time you feel sleepy and take a rest...

I cant get up early in the morning even if I sleep at 0800 PM. Love sleeping :love:

it bothers me alot in hols , all the things i keep piling up to get done with in hols are not accomplished

besides i get to hear alot from mum , family , friends

ma stupid habit is that i sleep on a side.. n i wake up often on the other side where ma feet supposed to be..:konfused:

it worked for me :wink: I used to sleep sooo much and now I cant sleep much. keep waking up so many times in the night…thinking about some1.

i have a same problem....look at me now up late just to be on this gup shup but i know when examz days come near ill be sleeping a lot. My problem is when i get under stress i eat less and that automatically leads me to sleep a lot. Im not into caffiene intake, so it is hard for me to keep myself up.
As Man with a plan suggested that once u r up try to keep ur self up, it works!
