how to get rid of them , i sleep like crazy :help:

Be very active during the day and don't take any naps, whatsoever. By night time you will be extremely tired and will have a good night sleep.

^^^ Everyone shoulg get a sound sleep of 8 hours every night. That is very beneficial for your mind and body. I am asking her to cut back her sleeping hours during the day.

Oh I wish I could get at least 7 hours of straight sleep every night. I haven't even gotten more than 5 or 6 hours of sleep a single night ever since my son is born.

honey sleep all you want now..cause when real life hits you you will not be sleeping..
i use to sleep for 17 or 19 hrs on weekends and now if i can even do 8 i will be happy... during the week only 5 hrs sleep...

sigh ...

I think I get atleast 5 hours of sleep a night, broken sleep but it adds up to that. I don't like to go to sleep but when I wake up in the morning I wish I had gone to bed earlier. I know people who love sleeping so much that it's their favorite pastime. It's a hobby.
