My daughters who are 7 and 3 still need one of us to fall asleep. I know that technically it may not be the right thing but heck, it works for us and I don’t want to deprive them of this little ritual.
The only concern I have about your son is that he isn’t sleeping at daycare so he’s not getting his much needed daytime nap. Hmmm, I seriously don’t know what to suggest but I’m sure some other working mom will. I only want to assure you that life isn’t a 100% out of the book so please do not think you are doing anything wrong by giving him all the mommyness.
