ITS 4AM, so i cannto go to the docs, and its jsut something thats bothering me…my 2month old has a chest cough, no temperature, however she is sleeping alot…and googling on net i found alot of people whose kids COULDNT SLEEP because of chest congestions and so they bought humidfiers and stuff and there kids had a good nights slp after, however my kids always slping, should i be worried, shes been slping alot for few days now, and some say its normal however im worried.
sorry to open another thread…just wanted some quick answers.
I don't think the sleep is anything to be concerned about. She sounds okay to me. When she is awake and you can be mobile, take her to the doc to make sure the cough isn't serious.
by the way the talc thing, should that not be put in the diaper either? my mum stopped usn it on her body because i told her of the inhalation thingy, however she did say she put it on her bottom as inhale to nahi kari na....
Her sleeping a lot could do with the weather. My baby has been sleeping a little more too and I'm certain its because of how cosy he feels inside the house (it's pretty cold and snowing outside). We keep the house warm and a heater in his room. It could also be that she is trying to recover naturally from her congested chest. Sleeping a lot is not a bad thing; you should try to sleep when she sleeps, coz when she grows older, she will be sleeping less and less.
